Shipping policy

Swell AV provides local delivery, setup, operation, and equipment retrieval for rental and production services. We do not ship equipment via standard parcel carriers.

Delivery & Setup

  • All rentals are delivered by Swell AV or approved partners.

  • Delivery, setup, strike, and retrieval fees are based on:

    • Event location

    • Access conditions

    • Equipment scope

    • Labor requirements

  • Delivery windows and arrival times are coordinated in advance.

Will Call / Client Pickup

  • Client pickup (“will call”) may be available for select equipment and approved clients.

  • Valid identification and signed rental agreement are required.

  • Client assumes responsibility for transport, handling, and return condition.

Service Area

We primarily serve:

  • Corona & Riverside County

  • Inland Empire

  • Orange County

  • Los Angeles County

  • San Diego County

Events outside these areas may be supported by special arrangement.

Access Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

  • Venue access

  • Load-in/load-out paths

  • Parking and clearance

  • Power availability

  • Lift access, if applicable

Delays or restrictions outside Swell AV’s control may result in additional charges.
